Adriona has lived in and around Atlanta her whole life and is proud to be a member of The Giving Kitchen family. She earned her bachelors degree in social work from Georgia State University and loved it so much that she decided to get her masters in social work, as well! During her masters program and for a short period after, Adriona worked with the United Way of Greater Atlanta and the Regional Commission on Homelessness where she developed her program management, volunteer coordination and community partnership skills.
During her collegiate career, Adriona worked as a server in multiple restaurants in the Atlanta area. Not only does she bring her social work expertise to TGK, but she also understands what it means to work in the restaurant industry and will pull from that experience and educational foundation in order to support The Giving Kitchen’s mission.
In her spare time, Adriona loves to find new restaurants to try, travel, pamper herself, and spend time with friends and family.
