Kamayan ATL is back at it again serving a Filipino family feast Kamayan-style. Kamayan means eating family style on banana leaves on a communal table using bare hands - no silverware, no plates! They’re cooking some regional dishes that haven’t served at their past pop-ups cooked in bamboo tubes, others wrapped in banana leaves. Expect lechon belly (Filipino porchetta), sizzling sisig, okoy, crab fat rice, inihaw na bangus, ube flan cake and different types of kakanin like cassava cake. Come hungry and expect a feast. 10% of proceeds will be donated to Giving Kitchen.
