The White Bull is the only place in Atlanta that hosts The Polenta Party crafted by Chef/Owner Pat Pascarella, and this time they’re making it a GK Supper Club!
Expect an interactive, table-top dining experience for six or more guests that starts with fresh greens, to-die-for bread and butter before the show stopper: The Polenta Table is a generous serving of freshly-milled and made polenta poured right down the center of the dining table piping hot!
Chef tops off the polenta with two proteins of the day - such as, short rib and chicken and three to four locally-sourced veggies- and finishes it off with fresh-grated Pecorino Romano cheese and high-quality olive oil from Italy. Then it’s chef's choice of desserts wraps up the party. And the best part is: there aren't any plates! Grab. Your. Fork.
