To celebrate Arnette’s Chop Shop’s first anniversary and the farmers who inspire and influence their menu, the restaurant will be hosting a Harvest Dinner Celebration benefiting Giving Kitchen!
The night will start with a cocktail reception on The Lanai, Arnette’s upstairs, outdoor patio with champagne, craft cocktails, live music and Regiis Ova Golden Ossetra caviar service.
Following, guests will be seated at rectangular farm tables under candelabras in an open-air, outdoor courtyard adjacent to the restaurant to enjoy a coursed dinner with wine pairings developed by Arnette’s renowned Executive Chef, Stephen Herman.
Dishes will include:
Duo of Alaskan King Crab, hearth-roasted with rouille and chilled salad Oscar
Japanese A5 Wagyu Ribeye with grilled royal red shrimp and served in a Korean BBQ style with traditional accompaniments
Prime Beef Wellington with family-style sides including roasted fingerlings, carrots, vidalias and asparagus
Lemon Thyme Creme Brulee with fresh berries
