Currently serving as the CEO of Cotton Patch Cafe and as an Operating Partner at Altamont Capital, Brandon is driving revenue and profit growth for the 48-unit brand by focusing on growth initiatives and operational excellence. His leadership has quickly elevated the company’s market position and increased the organization’s value. In addition to his current executive roles, Brandon is also a board member of Volition, where he provides valuable oversight and direction for the rapidly expanding energy management firm
Previously, as CEO of TGI Fridays, Brandon successfully led the global restaurant chain, driving operational efficiencies and saving over $15 million through cost reduction strategies. He also held pivotal roles as the President of North America & Chief Marketing Officer at TGI Fridays, where he introduced innovative loyalty programs and labor efficiencies, boosting customer engagement and operational performance.
Earlier in his career, Brandon served as Chief Marketing Officer at Dave & Buster’s, where he spearheaded revenue-driving strategies that included an experiential loyalty program and a revamped brand messaging strategy. These efforts led to two record quarters in revenues, customer satisfaction, and EBITDA.
Prior to Dave & Buster’s, Brandon was the President of Del Frisco’s Grille where he led the luxury dining brand to positive same store sales growth and improved SL-EBITDA by introducing a data-based marketing approach that personalized and elevated the brand’s communications.
Brandon has held additional roles as Chief Concept Officer and Chief Marketing Officer for brands like Macaroni Grill, Taco Mac, Willie’s Icehouse, and Johnny Carino’s. His expertise in business turnarounds and growth strategies continues to make him a valuable asset to the restaurant and hospitality industries.
