Free healthcare for food service workers in East Charlotte.

Giving Kitchen is partnering with Hope Community Clinic of East Charlotte to provide primary care and mental health screenings to food service workers on April 8 & 15.

Services Provided

Please note this is a 2-day event: all clients seen on Day 1 / April 8 will be screened and then be scheduled for their medical exams and primary care visit on Day 2 / April 15.  

Day 1 is a day of screening and initial intake. Clients will work with the clinic to complete intake paperwork, undergo screenings for depression and other Social Determinants of Health (SDoH) to prepare for a full medical appointment on Day 2.  

Day 2 offers a medical examination, testing, and labs as needed.
