Jean Boland is the Chief People and Culture Officer at WOWorks, the parent company of better-for-you, fast casual restaurant brands such as Saladworks, Frutta Bowls, Garbanzo Mediterranean Fresh, The Simple Greek, Barberitos and Z!Eats. She has a wealth of experience in human resources and leadership development serving people for over 35 years inside multiple domestic and international industries.
At WOWorks, she oversees culture, leadership development, talent acquisition, team member engagement, retention, human resources policies, and brand acquisitions. Before joining WOWorks, Jean worked for RARE Hospitality International (LongHorn Steakhouse, Bugaboo Steak House, and The Capital Grille) and FOCUS Brands (Carvel, Cinnabon, Moe’s, Schlotzsky’s and Auntie Annes) for 21 years combined.
