Taylor Olmstead
Digital Marketing Manager
Taylor is a digital marketer specializing in cause-driven campaigns for nonprofits and public sector organizations. He comes to Giving Kitchen after nearly a decade serving organizations including Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, Georgia State University and the Boy Scouts of America.
Taylor has a masters in Film & Media from Georgia State University and a bachelors in Media Arts & Studies from Ohio University. He prides himself on bridging the gap between media theory and pragmatic thinking. Basically his head is in the clouds, but his feet are in the weeds.
Taylor grew up outside of Cincinnati, Ohio and still proudly claims his midwestern roots. However, he has lived in Atlanta for eight years and become a huge fan of southern culture and cuisine. He has moved all around the metro area, but currently lives in Decatur with his husband, Josiah, and their beagle, Sherlock.
When he's not working Taylor enjoys traveling domestically and internationally in an ongoing quest to find the best live bands and craft beers in the world. Taylor also produces a nerdy podcast about music and enjoys running, hiking, cycling and reading.
